本研究设计并搭建了一种可以实现工业废液浓缩处理的热泵驱动低温蒸发废液处理装置。理论分析并实验验证了喷淋温度、循环空气流量、喷淋流量和废液浓度对装置处理量的影响,结果表明装置处理量随着喷淋温度、循环空气流量和喷淋流量的增加而增加,随着废液浓度的增加而减小,从而确定了装置的最佳运行参数;并对比分析了装置的运行热力能效比EER,约为热泵空调工况制热时的1.7倍,最高可以达到7.4。

One kind of low temperature evaporation trade effluent treatment equipment driven by heat pump was designed and built, which can concentrate trade effluent and recycle condensed water. The effects of spray temperature, circulating air flow rate, spray flow rate and trade effluent concentration on the treatment capacity were theoretical analyzed. It was concluded through experimental tests that treatment capacity increases with spray temperature, circulating air flow and spray flow rate, and decreases with the concentration of the waste liquor. And then the optimum operation parameters of the system are determined. The energy efficiency ratio is about 1.7 times as high as the heat pump and can reach 7.4 times at maximum.
