[摘要]
针对四角切圆燃烧方式电站锅炉一次风粉速度分配不均衡问题,本文介绍了基于光学互相关法的一次风粉速度参数测量原理,利用该原理设计了用于同台磨煤机出口4根粉管一次风粉速度参数同时在线测量系统,对神华江苏国华陈家港发电有限公司660 MW二号机组进行一次风粉速度参数在线测量,根据测量结果开展了一次风管缩孔开度调节,改善了煤粉管一次风粉速度参数分配平衡情况,这对优化锅炉燃烧具有重要意义。

For the unbalanced velocity distribution of primary air and powder in tangentially fired boiler,the measurement of velocity of primary air and powder based on optical cross-correlation method was presented.Based on crosscorrelation method,the online measurement system was developed to simultaneously measure the velocity of primary air and powder in four pipes in the same coal pulverizer.This measurement system was applied to the No.2 unit in Shenhua Jiangsu Guohua Chenjiagang Power Generation Co.,Ltd..According to the measurement,the opening degree of shrinkages was adjusted.The result showed that the velocity distributions of primary air and powder of pulverized coal pipes are improved,which is of significant importance for boiler combustion optimization.
