[摘要]
针对单弓形折流板换热器壳程压降大、连续型螺旋折流板换热器安装制造成本高的缺点,提出一种连续拼接型螺旋折流板换热器。基于流体力学基本原理与周期性充分发展模型理论,对连续拼接型螺旋折流板换热器壳程流场与温度场进行数值模拟,研究表明:雷诺数在2000~10000范围内,当螺旋角为70°时换热器的综合换热性能最好,且是同尺寸单弓形折流板换热器的15~21倍;利用多元线性回归方法推导出了连续拼接型螺旋折流板换热器壳程对流换热系数与压降的准则数关系式。

Shell-and-tube heat exchangers (STHXs) are widely used in many industrial areas. Proposed a shell-and-tube heat exchangers with continuous splicing helical baffles (STHXsCSHB) for high pressure drop of the heat exchangers with conventional segmental baffles (STHXsSB) and high cost of the heat exchangers with helical baffles (STHXsHB). Carried out numerical study on fluid filed and temperature flied in shell side of STHXsCSHB by FLUENT software. The results show that comprehensive performance of STHXsCSHB is the best when the helix angle is 70 degree in the range of 2000~10000(Reynolds number), and comprehensive performance is 15~21 times of the same size STHXsSB. Deduces the correlative equations of convective heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop, provides a theoretical reference for industrial design and promotion.
