煤泥循环流化床处理技术有很大发展前途,但面对日渐严格的污染物排放标准,其固有的优势NOx排放浓度低受到挑战。为有针对性地进行CFB(循环流化床锅炉)锅炉设计以及优化锅炉运行参数,需了解煤泥CFB燃烧NOx排放特性及其影响因素。本文通过对一台20t煤泥循环流化床锅炉进行了相应的测试分析,得到了NOx排放浓度随床温、氧量的变化规律。研究结果表明,在一定运行参数范围内,NOx排放浓度随下料层床温升高而增大,随氧量升高而增大。

The technology of coal slime circulating fluidized bed combustion is very promising, but in the face of increasingly stringent pollutant emission standards, the inherent advantages of low NOx emission in circulating fluidized bed is challenged. In order to optimize CFB (circulating fluidized bed boiler) designing and adjust the operation targeted,there is a need for understanding the slime CFB combustion NOx emission and their influencing factors, this paper basing on a 20t circulating fluidized bed boiler of coal slime is analyzed by the corresponding test, NOx emission concentration changes with the bed temperature, oxygen. The results show within a certain range of parameters, NOx emission concentration can increase with the increasing temperature of bottom bed, and increase with the increasing content of oxygen.
