摘 要:为分析钝体形状对微小型驻涡燃烧室性能的影响,对带有矩形、三角形、圆弧形钝体的燃烧室进行了数值模拟。研究表明:钝体形状对钝体尾部回流区长度的影响较大,三角形钝体尾部的回流区最长,为1.1 mm,矩形钝体尾部的回流区最短,为0.95 mm;不同的钝体形状对主流的阻碍程度不同,使得圆弧形钝体的总压损失最低,为2.20%,长方形钝体的总压损失最高,为2.42%;不同的钝体形状对燃烧效率和出口温度分布的影响较小,出口温度分布系数均在0.04~0.06之间。

Abstract:To analyze the influence of the shape of a bluff body on the performance of a micro and smallscale trapped vortex combustor,a numerical simulation was performed on a combustor with a rectangle,triangle and arcshaped bluff body.The research results show that the shape of the bluff body will have a big influence on the length of the flow return zone in the tail portion of the bluff body,the length of the flow return zone in the tail portion of the triangle bluff body will be the longest,being 1.1 mm and the length of the flow return zone in the tail portion of the rectangle bluff body will be the shortest,being 0.95 mm.The shapes of various bluff bodies will have different extents to resist the flow of the mainstream,thus making the total pressure loss of the arcshaped bluff body be the minimum,being 2.20% and that of the rectangle bluff body the highest,being 2.42%.The shapes of various bluff bodies will have a relatively small influence on the combustion efficiency and the distribution of the temperature at the outlet,the outlet temperature distribution factor being always between 0.04 and 0.06.
