摘 要:为研究螺旋转速对物料在垂直螺旋输送机中运动过程的影响,应用FLUENT软件,采用欧拉双流体模型以及RNG k-ɛ 湍流模型,建立垂直螺旋输送机仿真模型,在进料量Q=1.2 kg/s、颗粒平均粒径为38.25 靘和螺旋转速为475、500、525、550和600 r/min条件下,分析螺旋转速对垂直螺旋输送机内部流场的影响。研究表明:物料轴向速度随螺旋转速的增大而增大,增加螺旋转速能够较为平稳地提高输送量; 颗粒填充率随螺旋转速的增大而减小,螺旋轴轴向力随螺旋转速提高而下降;随螺旋转速的增大,螺旋轴的轴向总力矩和功率呈下降趋势,但降幅逐渐减小。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of the rotating speed of a helical conveyer on the movement process of the materials in the vertical helical conveyer,the software Fluent was used to establish a simulation model for the vertical helical conveyer by adopting the Eulerian dual-fluid model and RNG k-ɛ turbulent flow model.Under the condition of the amount of materials fed Q=1.2 kg/s,the average particle diameter being 38.25μm and the rotating speed of the helical conveyer being 475,500,525,550 and 600 r/min respectively,the influence of the rotating speed of the helical conveyer on the flow field inside the vertical helical conveyer was analyzed.The research results show that the axial speed of the materials will increase with an increase of the rotating speed of the helical conveyer and to increase the rotating speed of the helical conveyer can increase the amount of materials conveyed in a relatively smooth way.The particle filling rate will decrease with an increase of the rotating speed of the helical conveyer and the axial force of the helical shaft will decrease with an increase of the rotating speed of the helical conveyer.The total axial moment and power of the helical shaft will assume a descending tendency with an increase of the rotating speed of the helical conveyer,however,such a decrement will gradually go down.
