摘 要:考虑齿轮制造误差以及安装误差等因素,利用蒙特卡洛方法计算出沿斜齿轮时变接触线上各啮合点的误差,考虑动态负载、啮合误差以及齿面摩擦力等因素构建齿轮副弯—扭—轴耦合动力学计算模型,采用摄动法求出近似解,分析齿轮传动过程中动态传递误差、最大啮合力以及啮合加速度变化规律。研究表明:误差激励是影响高速齿轮动态特性的重要原因,刚度激励是影响重载齿轮动态特性的主要因素。

Abstract:With the manufacturing and installation errors and other factors of a helical gear being taken into consideration,the Monte Carlo method was utilized to calculate the errors at various gear engagement points along the time-varying contact line of the helical gear.The dynamic loads,gear engagement errors and friction force on the surface of teeth etc.factors were taken into account to establish a gear pair bending-twistingshaft coupled dynamic calculation model and the perturbation method was used to seek an approximate solution and analyze the law governing changes of the dynamic transfer error,maximum gear meshing force and acceleration.It has been found that the errorresultant excitation force is regarded as an important factor influencing the dynamic characteristics of a high speed gear while the rigidity-caused excitation force is deemed as a major factor influencing the dynamic characteristics of a heavily-loaded gear.
