摘 要:采用综合热分析仪STA409PC研究不同升温速率下煤泥燃烧反应的动力学参数。运用单一扫描速率CR法和多重扫描速率K-A-S法与F-W-O法对煤泥活化能 E 与指前因子 A进行计算。结果表明,煤泥燃烧存在动力学补偿效应,随着转化率的增大,动力学参数趋于稳定。单一扫描速率法受升温速率影响较大,多重扫描速率法能很好地反映出煤泥不同燃烧阶段的动力学特性。

Abstract:The combustion kinetic parameters of coal sludge combustion reaction at different heating rate were studied by using the comprehensive thermal analyzer (STA409PC).A single scanning rate C-R method and the multiple scanning rate K-A-S and F-W-O methods were used to obtain the activation energy E and the pre-exponential factors A .Results verified that kinetic compensation effect exists in the coal sludge combustion process.As the conversion rate increases,the kinetic parameters tend to be stable.The single scanning rate method are greatly influenced by heating rate,and the multiple scanning rate method can well reflect the kinetic characteristics of coal sludge at different combustion stages.
