采用数值模拟的方法对主喷嘴不同旋流数下某重型燃气轮机环管型燃烧室内流场、温度场和热力型NOx生成规律进行分析。结果表明:燃烧室内主喷嘴出口形成主回流区,根部贴近壁面处形成外部回流区;值班喷嘴出口处形成中心回流区;值班喷嘴出口扩散火焰区域与外部回流区温度较高,热力型NOx生成速率明显加快;旋流数增大,主回流区范围增大,外部回流区范围减小,中心回流区消失;燃烧峰值温度略有降低,高温区范围明显减小,热力型NOx生成速率降低;适当增大主喷嘴旋流数有利于控制NOx排放。

The numerical simulation method is used to analyze the flow field,temperature field and Thermal NOx formation rate in the combustion chamber of a heavy gas turbine under different swirl numbers.The results show that in the main nozzle outlet of the combustion chamber there forms the main recirculation zone,and in the bottom near the wall there exists the external recirculation zone,and at the outlet of the nozzle the central return zone is formed.The temperatures of the diffusion flame region and the external recirculation zone at the outlet of the nozzle are high,and thermal NOx formation rate is clearly accelerated.With swirl number increase,the range of the main recirculation zone increases,the range of the external recirculation zone decreases,the center recirculation zone disappears,the combustion peak temperature decreases slightly,the high temperature range is reduced,and the thermal NOx formation rate decreases.
