提出设计国内首台双涡轮导叶可调式液力变矩器的理论方法:优化叶片形状,采用增大出口叶片角方式增大泵轮力矩系数,进而满足液力变矩器在低速比区域内高效率的特点;将固定导叶改变成可调导叶机构,实现液力变矩器内部流场特性的改变,进而改变输出特性。运用CFD仿真软件分析设计新型液力变矩器,计算新型双涡轮导叶可调式液力变矩器不同速比下的效率值,验证设计新型双涡轮导叶可调式液力变矩器理论方法的正确性。

[Abstract]
At present,there is no adjustable-vane hydraulic torque converter with two turbines in China.This kind of hydraulic torque converter meets the requirement of artificially adjusting output characteristics and the high efficiency zone located in the area of low speed ratio.This paper presents a theoretical method for designing the first adjustable-vane hydraulic torque converter with two turbines in China.By optimizing the blade shape and increasing the torque coefficient of the pump wheel by increasing the blade angle,the efficiency in the low speed area can be satisfactory.By changing the fixed guide vane into adjustable guide vane,the flow field characteristics inside the torque converter can be changed,and then the output characteristics can be changed.This paper uses CFD software simulation analysis to design a new type of hydraulic torque converter with two turbines and determine the efficiency under different speed ratio.The simulation verifies that the new theory presented is correct.
