针对某电厂1 000 MW超超临界机组3号、4号锅炉再热蒸汽温度偏低的问题(额定负荷下,两台机组再热蒸汽温度统计平均值分别为599.8和603.4 ℃,额定值为623 ℃),研究了燃烧器拉杆、燃尽风挡板开度、整体配风方式和运行氧量等因素的调整对锅炉再热蒸汽温度的影响。研究表明:锅炉再热器管壁温度与燃烧器配风方式存在相关性,通过燃烧器(燃尽风)拉杆和燃尽风门挡板区别化配风方式的优化调整,降低了再热器管壁温度,再热蒸汽温度均能达到616.9 ℃,调整效果显著。

For the problem that the reheat steam temperature of boiler 3 and boiler 4 of a 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical unit in a power plant is on the low side (under rated load,the statistic average value of reheat steam temperature of the two units are 599.8 and 603.4 ℃,respectively,while the rated value is 623 ℃),the influences of the adjustments of the burner tie rod,the opening of the exhaust air baffle,the overall air distribution mode and the operating oxygen on the reheat steam temperature of the boiler are studied.The results show that there is a correlation between the tube wall temperature of the boiler reheater and the air distribution mode of the burner.Based on these results,the air distribution modes of burner (exhaust air) rod and exhaust valve baffle are adjusted and optimized,then the maximum pipe wall temperature of reheater is lowered,and the reheat steam tube wall temperature reaches 616.9 ℃; the adjustment outcome is remarkable.
