以小型水电站的实际特性为依据,在满足电站日常要求下考虑多种约束条件,建立小型水电站厂内定负荷运行优化模型,采用递推优选法对模型进行求解。以四川龙潭水电站为实例,采用该模型对水电站机组运行参数进行优化,优化后日发电耗流量由7.459 m3/(kW·h)下降至7.349 m3/(kW·h),且所有机组均处在建议的运行工况区。对于小型水电站厂内优化运行问题,所采用的计算模型求解精度高、结果稳定,能有效避开机组振动区。

In this paper,an optimization model for small hydropower plant is established with the required load of the power plant and by considering various constraints such as unit output,flow,and water head.And a recursive optimization method is employed.With the Longtan Hydropower Plant in Sichuan as an example,the presented model is used to optimize the operation of the hydropower plant.The comparison and analysis of the data before and after the optimization show that the daily water consumption of the Longtan Hydropower Plant is reduced from 7.459 m3/(kW·h) to 7.349 m3/(kW·h),with all the units running within the recommended operating conditions.For this kind of operation optimization for small hydropower plant,the presented calculation model has high accuracy and stability,and can effectively avoid the vibration area of the unit.The optimization model and the solution method proposed can solve the problem of optimizing the fixed load operation of the small hydropower plant.
