Based on enhanced heat transfer technology,a double-tube heat exchanger (liquid/liquid) was developed.The optimal design was carried out from four aspects: heat transfer temperature,fluid velocity,evaporation capacity and minimum temperature difference.Through the technology of phase change optimization and stagnation point optimization,the heat transfer capacity of the heat exchanger can be increased by 30%,and the anti-clogging and anti-corrosion ability can be enhanced simultaneously.
