为了解决余热锅炉入口烟道导流板约束装置易损坏的问题,以某项目型号为PG9171E的燃气蒸汽联合发电系统余热锅炉入口烟道烟气导流板约束装置为研究对象,设计了角钢加强型约束装置、肋板套筒加强型约束装置和综合优化加强型(在外护板外侧焊接外部加强筋,支板两端同时焊接内部加强肋板)约束装置3种优化方案,并进行了支板局部加载荷抗变形性能实验。结果表明:不同的约束装置结构型式,其极限承载能力大不相同。当单个约束装置的支板端部载荷大于1.0 MPa时,应该采用综合优化加强型方案,并结合实际工程应用提出最优方案及结构优化设计方法。

[Abstract]
In order to solve the problem that the restriction configuration of the inlet guide plate of HRSG is easy to be damaged,the restriction configuration of the inlet guide plate in HRSG of a gas-steam combined power generation system of PG9171E is taken as the research object,and different reinforcements to the restraint configuration with steel angle and ribbed plate sleeve are designed,and followed by the comprehensive optimization.Three kinds of optimization schemes for the restraint configuration of the strong type (welding external reinforcement on the outer side of the guard plate and welding internal reinforcement rib at both ends of the support plate) are presented,and the local loading and deformation resistance of the support plate are tested.The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of different restraint configuration is quite different.When the load at the end of the supporting plate of a single restraint device is greater than 1.0 MPa,the structure comprehensively optimized should be adopted,and the optimal scheme and structural optimization design method should be combined with practical engineering application.
