以淮南烟煤为例,经计算得到富氧、O2/CO2以及空气燃烧条件下的烟气成分,通过模拟不同烟气成分,在实验室活性测试平台上研究了氨氮比α、温度(表征反应速率常数k)、表观速度(表征停留时间τ) 、入口NO初始的质量浓度CNO以及烟气成分中H2O和O2对SCR催化剂脱硝性能的影响。结果表明:相同实验工况下,与空气气氛相比,富氧和O2/CO2气氛下SCR烟气脱硝效率降低了8%;不同气氛下,随氨氮比、温度的增加,脱硝效率增长,且增长速率逐渐降低;表观速度增加时,脱硝效率减小,且减小速率也逐渐减低;CNO减小时,脱硝效率仅变化了1%左右;烟气中H2O和O2也会影响脱硝性能,但均与烟气中的CO2无关。

The bituminous coal of Huainan was selected as the research object,and the flue gas compositions under oxygenenriched,O2/CO2 and air combustion condition were calculated through combustion calculation.The effects of ammonia nitrogen ratio α,temperature (represent rate constant k),superficial velocity(represent stay time τ),inlet NO concentration CNO ,H2O and O2 in flue gas on the denitrification performance of SCR catalyst were studied through varying the flue gas composition.The research results suggest that,compared with the air condition,the efficiency of SCR flue gas denitrification is reduced by 8% under oxygenenriched and O2/CO2 conditions.The denitrification efficiency and the rate of growth decrease gradually with the increase of ammonianitrogen ratio and temperature.The denitrification efficiency and the rate of reduction decrease gradually with the increase of superficial velocity.The denitrification efficiency changes only about 1% with the decrease of CNO. The effects of H2O and O2 in flue gas on the denitrification performance are independent of CO2 in flue gas.
