针对新型主止回阀(利用差动活塞实现阀头与流体的对冲运动来完成阀的开启与关闭),搭建了稳态噪声特性分析实验台,在稳态工况下,进行了不同的初始压力和不同流量方向的实验。采用控制变量法,选择多测点测量来减小由环境因素引起的偶然误差。研究表明:新型主止回阀噪声与流体的流量成对数关系;阀门噪声与流体的静压力无关,并且新型主止回阀能够很好的抑制水击;管路流量变化的方向对止回阀噪声特性没有影响。

in view of the new type of main check valve that uses differential piston to realize the offset movement of valve head and fluid to complete the opening and closing of the valve,the steady-state noise characteristics analysis test bench was built.Under the steady-state condition,experiments with different initial pressure and different flow directions were carried out.In order to reduce the accidental errors caused by environmental factors,the method of controlling variables was adopted.The results show that the noise of the new main check valve is related to the flow with a log correlation.The noise of valve has nothing to do with the static pressure of fluid,and the new type of main check valve can well suppress water hammer.The direction of line flow change has no effect on the check valve noise characteristics.
