借鉴仿生学理论,对比树叶叶脉与风力机叶片腹板,以DTU 10 MW风力机叶片腹板为研究对象,建立了一种非规则仿树叶脉络分布的腹板模型,并采用有限元方法对仿生腹板与原始腹板进行静力学、模态及谐响应分析等力学性能比较。结果表明:仿生腹板较原始腹板更具柔性,吸收更多结构变形能,同时可节省二分之一材料;随着模态阶数升高,两种腹板固有频率差距越来越小;仿生腹板尖端位移、速度及加速度均小于原始腹板,仿生腹板在结构响应方面有较大优势,具有更好的抗共振性能。

Based on the theory of bionics,the leaf veins of the leaves and the webs of the wind turbine blades were compared.The web of the DTU 10 MW wind turbine blade was taken as the research object.A web model of irregular vein pattern distribution was established,and the finite element method was used to simulate the bionics.The mechanical properties of the web and the original web were analyzed by statics,modal and harmonic response analysis.The results show that the bionic web is more flexible than the original web,absorbing more structural deformation energy and saving half of the material.With the increase of the modal order,the natural frequency difference between the two webs becomes smaller and smaller.The tip displacement,velocity and acceleration of the bionic web are smaller than the original web,and the bionic web has a great advantage in structural response and has better antiresonance performance.
