新疆某化工厂45 t/h循环流化床锅炉纯烧准东煤,省煤器积灰严重,导致排烟温度超过200 ℃。以该锅炉省煤器为研究对象,分析了省煤器积灰特征并选择气能激波吹灰器进行改造,对比了改造前后的排烟温度。研究表明:省煤器迎风面和背风面积灰为疏松多孔结构,积灰粒径范围在5~10 μm,呈椭球状或不规则球状,迎、背面灰分组成差异不大,主要由NaCl、MgO、CaSO4、CaCO3 和SiO2等组成,省煤器管束底层黏附的积灰难以清理;气能激波吹灰器对未沉积成型疏松性积灰有效,能大幅度改善省煤器换热效果,排烟温度下降了约40 ℃。

A 45 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler at a chemical plant in Xinjiang burns pure Zhundong coal and has severe ash deposition on the economizer,resulting in the exhaust gas temperature exceeding 200 ℃.In this paper,the economizer of the boiler is taken as the research object and the characteristics of ash deposition in the economizer are analyzed.The gasenergy shock sootblower is selected for the retrofit,and the flue gas temperatures before and after the retrofit are compared.The results show that the ash in the windward and leeward areas of the economizer is porous and loose.The particle size ranges from 5 micron to 10 micron.It is ellipsoid or irregular spherical.There is little difference in ash composition between the windward and the backside of the economizer.There are mainly NaCl,MgO,CaSO4,CaCO3 and SiO 2.The ash deposited on the bottom of the economizer tube bundle is difficult to clean.The gasenergy shock sootblower is effective for unconsolidated formed loose ash deposit,which can greatly improve the heat transfer effect of economizer,and the exhaust temperature is decreased by about 40 〖HT5"〗℃
