针对轴向排汽式汽轮机的后轴承座结构复杂,安装及拆卸工作量大的缺点,设计出一种新型两侧搭置式整体后轴承座,采用Pro/E建立了后轴承座的三维实体模型,并用Pro/E自带的Mechanica模块对其进行静态和模态分析,并对轴承座进行了优化设计。结果表明:两侧搭置式整体后轴承座的强度、静刚度和稳定性完全可以满足设计要求,优化设计后的轴承座质量减少了29.1%,可以达到减少成本的目的。

In view of the complex structure of the rear bearing housing of the axial exhaust steam turbine and the heavy workload of installation and disassembly,a new type of integral rear bearing housing with two sides overlapped is designed.The threedimensional solid model of the rear bearing housing is established by using Pro / E,and the static and modal analysis is carried out by using Mechanica module of Pro / E,and the bearing housing is optimized.The results show that the strength,static stiffness and stability of the integral bearing housing can meet the design requirements completely,and the optimized design can reduce the bearing housing mass by 29.1%,and the purpose of reducing the cost is achieved.
