余热锅炉参数提升是目前提高烧结余热发电指标的重要途径之一。以某年产390万t的烧结机为例,建立了以目标函数〖HT5”,7〗火〖KG-*3〗用〖HT5”〗单价为判据的热经济学优化模型,采用遗传算法得到余热锅炉适宜的蒸汽参数。结果表明:余热锅炉年度化费用降低1.96万元/a,而蒸汽携带〖HT5”,7〗火〖KG-*3〗用〖HT5”〗值提升1.89 GJ/h,〖HT5”,7〗火〖KG-*3〗用〖HT5”〗单价较优化前降低了4.97%。烧结余热发电系统总发电功率11.2 MW,折合吨烧结矿发电量22.7 kW·h/t,吨烧结矿发电量提升14%。

The parameter improvement of HRSG is one of the important ways to improve the power generation index of sintering waste heat.With an annual output of 3.9 million ton sintering machine,a thermoeconomic optimization model based on the objective functionexergy price was established.The suitable steam parameters of HRSG were obtained by genetic algorithm.The results show that the annual cost of HRSG is reduced by 19 600 RMB a-1,while the steam carrying exergy is increased by 1.89 GJ/h,which is 4.97% lower than that before optimization.The total power generation capacity of the sintering waste heat power generation system is 11.2 MW,which is equivalent to 22.7 kW·h/t for the waste heat power generation per ton of sinter,and the power generation capacity of per ton of sinter is increased by 14%.
