[摘要]
对壁温均匀的相变换热器换热管外烟气的流动状态与翅片管的换热过程进行数值模拟,分析烟气入口速度、翅片间距及翅片管横向间距、纵向间距对流动传热特性的影响。结果表明:随着烟气入口速度的增加,换热量和烟气流动阻力均增加;一定范围内增大翅片间距,能够强化传热性能,降低烟气流动阻力;翅片管横向间距的增大能强化传热,而纵向间距的增大会减弱传热性能,二者均能够降低烟气的流动阻力。

Numerical simulation on the flue gas side of phase change heat exchangers with uniform wall temperature was conducted to study the flow state of flue gas outside the heat exchanger tube and the heat transfer process of finned tube in this paper.The effects of the inlet velocity of the flue gas,the distance between the fins and the distance between the finned tubes on the resistance of the flow and heat transfer were studied.The results showed that with the increase of the inlet velocity of the flue gas,the heat transfer performance and the flow resistance are enhanced.Increasing the fin spacing within a certain range can enhance the heat transfer performance and reduce the flow resistance of the flue gas.The increase of the lateral spacing of the finned tubes can enhance the heat transfer and the increase of the longitudinal spacing will weaken the heat transfer performance,both of which can reduce the flue gas.
