设计核电站硼回收系统蒸发塔小型试验装置,利用分离理论方法分析蒸发塔试验装置对硼酸溶液的分离水平,并在试验装置上进行试验,结果显示:试验结果与计算结果基本一致,证明了理论分析采用的分离方法及模型合理。将该理论计算模型应用到核电站硼回收系统蒸发装置进行分析,结果显示:核电站在役设备设计合理,满足核电站硼回收系统的运行要求且安全裕度较高

In this paper, small-scale evaporation column of boron recycle system was designed. Separation level of boron acid was analyzed by separation theoretical method, and evaporation tower was tested. The results showed: experimental result was unanimous of which was gained by theoretical method. So the theoretical method and calculation model were rational. The theoretical model was applied on evaporation equipment in boron recycle system of nuclear power plant, the results showed that 3 sieve plates with wire mesh demister was rational and it could satisfy the requirement of nuclear power plant with a high safety margin.
