燃气轮机的数字孪生体是多学科、多尺度、贯穿全生命周期的一个动态的庞大模型。数字孪生体应构造更真实完整的虚拟特性,大至场景、微至分子,用虚拟世界与真实世界的映射关系以及数据对比。其目标是探索核心技术,追求燃气轮机的自主创新设计、激发创新思维、实现产品优化,得到高性能、高可靠性的燃气轮机产品。本文探索基于系统工程的燃气轮机全生命周期数字孪生体构建方法,是针对燃气轮机物理实体结合全生命周期各个阶段的不同场景的物理实体,挖掘数字孪生要素,总结得到在虚拟世界中一个相对完整、动态的燃气轮机全生命周期数字孪生体,为优化燃气轮机研制过程提供新思路。

Gas turbine digital twins is a multi-disciplinary,multi-scale,throughout the full lifecycle of a large dynamic model.Digital twins should construct more real and complete virtual characteristics,ranging from the big scenes to the smale molecules,using the mapping relationship between the virtual world and the real world as well as data comparison.The goal is to explore the core technology,pursue the independent innovative design of gas turbine,stimulate innovative thinking, prodeuct optimization,and get high performance,high reliability gas turbine products.Based on systems engineering this paper proposes a method of construction the full life cycle of gas turbine digital twins,is according to warehouse lifecycle gas turbine physical entity and entities at various stages of different scenarios,mining digital twins elements,summed up a relatively complete and dynamic digital twins of the full lifecycle gas turbine in the virtual world, It provides a new idea for optimizing gas turbine development.
