凝汽器是汽轮机的重要组成部分之一,其性能对机组的经济性有重要的影响。本文针对超临界水煤气化混合工质凝汽式汽轮机的凝汽器开展研究,完成了50 MW示范工程发电机组H2O+CO2混合工质汽轮机凝汽器的热力设计和初步结构设计,利用准三维模型对其性能进行了数值模拟,分析了不凝气体含量较高条件下混合工质流动传热的特点及凝汽器的性能指标。结果表明:所设计的H2O+CO2混合工质凝汽器汽阻为169 Pa,且第二流程传热系数明显高于第一流程。结构设计能够满足工程实际要求,可以为示范工程建设提供基础。

Condenser is one of the important components of steam turbine, and its performance has an important impact on the economics of unit. In this paper, condenser of mixture condensing steam turbine based on coal gasification in supercritical water is investigated. Thermal design and preliminary structural design of H2O+CO2 mixture condenser for a 50 MW demonstration Project are carried out. By using quasi threedimensional model, the performance of H2O+CO2 mixture condenser is simulated. Flow and heat transfer characteristics of mixed working fluid in condenser is analyzed. The results show that vapor resistance is 169 Pa. The heat transfer coefficient of the second process is significantly higher than that of the first process. The structural design can meet the actual requirements of project and provide the basis for the construction of demonstration project.
