[摘要]
为了分析某燃气轮机燃烧室入口空气温度对燃烧室性能的影响,利用低压模化试验台,对某型低排放贫燃预混燃烧室进行了不同入口空气温度下的低压模化试验。结果表明:燃烧室入口空气温度变化不会改变火焰筒壁温分布规律;对于燃烧室出口温度场,入口空气温度变化对出口温度分布系数有一定影响,温度分布系数(Overall Temperature Distribution Factor,OTDF)呈现先降低后升高趋势,入口空气温度420 ℃时,试验测得OTDF为最小值,但温度分布云图大致类似;对于污染物排放,入口空气温度升高会增多NOx的形成。

In order to analyze the influence of inlet air temperature on the performance of the gas turbine combustion chamber,the lowpressure modeling test was carried out for a lowemission and leanburn premixed combustion chamber for different inlet temperatures.The results show that the inlet air temperature will not change the temperature distribution on the flame tube wall.The change of inlet air temperature,however,does have a certain influence on the temperature distribution coefficient at the combustion chamber outlet.The OTDF(Overall Temperature Distribution Factor) decreases first and then increases.With inlet air temperature of 420 ℃,the OTDF measured reaches its minimum,but the temperature distribution is similar.NO〖HT〗x formation will increase with the increase of inlet air temperature.
