针对上海电气&安萨尔多公司联合制造的F级AE94.3A型燃气轮机,结合四会燃机电厂实际机组,采用虚拟DCS技术及模块化的建模思路,开发基于APROS的高精度全范围燃气-蒸汽联合循环的仿真系统。对该仿真系统动静态特性进行验证分析,仿真试验表明:该仿真系统具有很高的动静态精度,满足实时仿真的需要。可利用该仿真系统对运行人员和热控人员进行仿真培训,并可结合电厂实际工况,在仿真系统上开展控制策略验证、制定反事故措施等各种研究和试验工作。

Aiming at the Fclass AE94.3A gas turbine jointly manufactured by Shanghai Electric & Ansaldo company,combined with the actual unit of Sihui gas turbine power plant,Virtual DCS technology and modular modeling ideas are adopted,and a high precision fullscope gassteam combined cycle simulation system based on APROS is developed.The dynamic and static analysis of the simulation system is carried out.The simulation results show that this simulation system has a high dynamic and static accuracy and can satisfy the needs of realtime simulation.This simulation system can be used to train operators and thermal control personnel.Combined with the actual conditions of the power plant,this simulation system can carry out various research and test work such as control strategy verification,anti accident measures and so on.
