为进一步提高火电机组在自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)模式下的负荷调节质量,同时保证机组本身运行的稳定性,设计了基于多模型预测控制的协调控制策略。针对传统多模型预测控制存在的子模型优选和多模型预测控制算法计算量大的问题,利用距离度量理论指导子模型集构建,建立被控对象在不同工况处的离线加权规则表,通过性能指标函数的加权融合实现各子控制器间的软切换,降低多模型预测控制算法计算负荷。工程应用表明:所提算法可显著提高机组负荷调节性能及机组运行稳定性。

In order to further improve the load regulation quality and stability of the thermal power unit under the AGC mode,the multimodel predictive control based on gapmetric weighting rule is designed.Aiming at problems of submodel selection and heavy computing load in traditional multimodel predictive control,gap metric theory is used to guide the construction of submodel sets and establish an offline weighting rule table of the controlled object at different operating conditions.Through the weighted fusion of performance index functions,smooth transition between subcontrollers and reduction of computing load are achieved.Engineering application shows that the proposed algorithm can significantly improve unit load regulation performance and unit operation stability.
