为进一步提高有机朗肯循环(ORC)发电系统的密封性、可靠性及发电效率等性能,开展透平发电一体机性能实验研究。研究对象为350 kW等级ORC发电装置,循环介质为R134a,船舶余热热源温度为60~90 ℃,冷源温度为9±1 ℃。利用试验测试及理论分析等方法,对透平发电机功率、效率以及冷却方式开展研究。结果表明:在热负荷达到4 023 kW时,发电上网功率平均值为315 kW,透平轴功平均值为341.6 kW,系统稳定时,透平等熵效率达到79.22%;发电机效率达到92.55%,系统效率达到7.85%,相对于参考文献中几种常用的透平发电机技术方案,磁悬浮高速径流透平一体发电机具有较高的热功转换效率及发电效率,额定发电功率下用于冷却电机的工质流量仅为0.124 5 kg/s。

In order to further improve the sealing, reliability and power generation efficiency of the organic Rankine cycle (ORC) power generation system, an experimental study on the performance of the integrated turbine generator is carried out.The experiment takes the 350 kW ORC power generation device as the research object, and uses R134a as the circulating medium to simulate the ship′s waste heat source temperature of 60 to 90 ℃ and the cold source temperature of 9±1 ℃.The power, efficiency and cooling method of the turbogenerator are studied by means of experimental tests and theoretical analysis.The results show that when the thermal load reaches 4 023 kW, the average power of the grid is 315 kW, and the average value of the turbine shaft power is 341.6 kW.When the system is stable, the isentropic efficiency of the turbine reaches 79.22%, the generator efficiency reaches 92.55%, and the system efficiency reaches 7.85%.Compared with several common technical schemes of generator sets in the reference, the maglev highspeed radialflow turbine integrated generator set has higher heattopower conversion efficiency and power generation efficiency.And after calculation, the working medium flow rate for cooling the motor under the rated power generation power is only 0.124 5 kg/s.
