燃气轮机空气冷却器(TCA)是燃气轮机透平冷却系统的关键核心装备。本文阐述了TCA在国内冶金和天然气发电领域燃气-蒸汽联合循环(CCPP)的应用及研究现状,阐明了冷却原理,对比分析了各型冷却器的技术参数。依托某电厂透平冷却系统优化项目,开展了TCA的国产化研发工作,开发了高效、安全相协同的TCA设计技术,提高了TCA的设计温度与压力并降低了压降,同时提升了设备的抗振能力。应用结果表明:透平冷却系统运行稳定,〖JP2〗单台TCA的最大回收热量超过2 MW,最大总传热系数可达290 W/(m2·K)。

Turbine cooling aircooler (TCA) is the critial core equipment of the gas turbine cooling system.This paper summarized the application and research status of TCA in the domestic metallurgy and natural gas power generation fields of combined cycle power plant (CCPP) units,expounded the cooling principle and comparatively analyzed the technical parameters of each TCA.Relying on a power plant turbine cooling system optimization project,the localized research and development of TCAcooler was carried out.The key design technology of TCAcooler with high efficiency and safety was developed.The design temperature and pressure of TCAcooler were enhanced and the pressure drop was reduced,meanwhile,the vibration resistance of the equipment was improved.The application results show that the turbine cooling system runs stably,the maximum heat recovery of a single TCA exceeds 2 MW,and the maximum total heat transfer coefficient can reach 290 W/(m2·K).
