火电机组的深度调峰加剧了对选择性催化还原法(selective catalytic reduction,SCR)脱硝系统的干扰,为此提出了一种线性自抗扰鲁棒PID控制方法。2阶线性自抗扰控制(LADRC)可以直接近似为PID,也可以等价为理想PID+2阶滤波器的结构。采用实际PID+2阶滤波器的结构控制具有强干扰和不确定性的SCR脱硝系统,利用混合灵敏度的方法整定实际PID和2阶滤波器参数。仿真结果表明,实际PID+2阶滤波器的结构具有较好的抗扰性,更好地继承了LADRC的特点,控制品质优于由LADRC直接近似为PID的控制。

The deep peak regulation of thermal power units intensifies the disturbance of selective catalytic reduction(SCR) denitration system. In this paper,a linear active disturbance rejection robust PID control method is proposed. The 2ndorder linear active disturbance rejection control (LADRC) can be approximated as PID or equivalent to the structure of ideal PID plus 2ndorder filter. The structure of actual PID plus 2ndorder filter is used to control SCR denitration system with strong disturbance and uncertainty.The parameters of actual PID and 2ndorder filter are tuned by robust control design method.The simulation results show that the structure of actual PID plus 2ndorder filter has better disturbance rejection performance,and better inherits the characteristics of LADRC.Its control performance is better than the PID control derived directly from LADRC.
