燃煤电站烟气排放标准不断提高,对选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝系统的优化控制提出了更高的要求,构建精确的SCR脱硝系统模型对实现其优化控制具有重要意义。针对SCR系统脱硝过程的复杂机理,提出利用Aspen Plus模拟其反应流程;为了解决建模过程中脱硝反应活化能和脱硝反应速率常数等参数难以确定的问题,提出基于MATLAB平台设计粒子群算法实现参数优化及与Aspen Plus的协同仿真。利用某1 000 MW火电机组的运行历史数据对仿真模型进行了验证和对比。结果表明:Aspen Plus和MATLAB协同能够实现对SCR脱硝系统模型最优参数的确定,从而提高仿真模型精度。

[Abstract]
With the continuous improvement of flue gas emission standards for coalfired power plants,we have put forward higher requirements for the optimal control of the selective catalytic reduction(SCR) denitration system,and the construction of an accurate SCR denitration system model is of great significance to achieve its optimal control.Firstly,aiming at the complex mechanism of the denitration process of the SCR system,this paper proposes to use Aspen Plus to simulate its reaction process.Then,in order to solve the problem that it is difficult to determine the relevant parameters such as activation energy and rate constant of the denitration reaction in the modeling process,this paper designs a particle swarm algorithm based on the MATLAB platform to achieve parameter optimization and cosimulation with Aspen Plus.Finally,this paper uses the historical data of a 1 000 MW thermal power unit to verify and compare the simulation model.The results show that Aspen Plus and MATLAB can cooperate to determine the optimal parameters of the SCR denitration system model,thereby improving the accuracy of the simulation model.
