为了降低涡轮盘的服役应力,提高涡轮盘的寿命和可靠性,对加工过程中未去应力的涡轮盘试验件进行超速预应力试验,并对试验前后的轮盘试验件进行残余应力测试。研究表明:超速预应力试验可以对轮盘的关键部位(盘心)预制残余压应力,残余周向应力计算值与测量值相比,误差为9.2%;超速预应力试验可以降低轮盘表面的残余应力,与试验前相比残余周向应力最大降幅达58%;超速预应力试验可以提高轮盘的服役寿命,与试验前相比寿命预测提升一倍。

In order to reduce the service stress of the turbine disk, improve the service life and reliability of the turbine disk, the overspeed prestressing test is carried out on a turbine disk test piece after machining without removing the stress, and the residual stress is tested on the disk test piece before and after the test. The results show that overspeed prestressing test can prefabricate the residual compressive stress of the key part of the disk (disc center), and the error of the calculated residual circumferential stress is 9.2% compared with the measured value. The overspeed prestressing test can reduce the residual stress on the surface of the disk, and the maximum residual circumferential stress decreases by 58% compared with before the test. The overspeed prestressing test can improve the service life of the disk, and the life prediction can be doubled compared with before the test.
