为了解决某型高压主汽联合气阀压损较高的问题,本文采用ANSYS CFX软件对其进行不同工况的稳态计算流体力学模拟,探究高压阀内各个部分的压力损失大小,对比分析了多种优化方案对高压阀压损的影响。研究表明:对调节阀加型线进行改型,可将压损在绝对值上降低0.1183%,在相对值上降低5.34%,相较于改变主汽阀偏心距、改进调节阀出口结构等方式,优化效果最佳,且此方案下的激振力频率相对于公频和阀杆固有频率的避开率都在10%以上,达到预期目标与设计要求。

To solve the problem of high pressure loss of a certain type of high-pressure main steam union gas valve, this paper uses ANSYS CFX software to carry out steady-state computational fluid dynamics simulation of different working conditions, to explore the size of the pressure loss of each part of the high-pressure valve, and to compare and analyse the impact of a variety of optimization schemes on the pressure loss of the high-pressure valve. The study shows that the modification of the regulating valve plus type line can reduce the pressure loss by 0.1183% in absolute value and 5.34% in relative value, and the optimisation effect is the best compared with changing the eccentricity distance of the main steam valve and improving the structure of the regulating valve outlet, etc. Moreover, the frequency of the excitation force under this scheme is more than 10% of the avoidance rate in relation to the common frequency and the intrinsic frequency of the valve stem, and it achieves the expected goal and design requirements.
