膜片联轴器由于具有良好的轴向及角向不对中补偿能力,广泛应用于各类轴系的连接,其力学性能直接影响轴系运行的安全性和稳定性。本文基于ANSYS有限元仿真软件,考虑接触非线性及大变形效应,建立了膜片联轴器非线性应力特性仿真模型;分析了膜片联轴器在扭转、轴向、角向以及径向方向单一载荷作用下膜片应力大小与分布状况;最后进行了静态扭转及拉伸试验验证。结果表明:膜片应力集中在膜片螺栓孔边、膜片束腰处以及膜片与垫片接触表面边缘附近;在过载或交变载荷作用下,最外层膜片最易发生损伤。

Diaphragm couplings is widely used in various shafting connections due to its good compensation capability in axial and angular misalignment, and their mechanical properties directly affect the safety and stability of shafting operation. In this paper,nonlinear stress characteristics simulation model of diaphragm couplings is established based on ANSYS finite element simulation software, considering contact nonlinearity and large deformation effects. The magnitude and distribution of diaphragm stress under single loads in the torsion, axial, angular, and radial directions of the diaphragm coupling are analyzed. Finally, static torsion and tensile tests are conducted to verify the accuracy of the simulation model. The results show that the membrane stress is concentrated at the edge of the membrane bolt hole, the membrane waist, and near the edge of the contact surface between the membrane and the gasket; The outermost membrane is most susceptible to damage under overload or alternating loads.
