压缩机转子受进气室结构所限,在进气侧具有较长外伸段长度,加之与其连接的弹性联轴器具有较大附加质量,易发生由莫顿效应引起的转子外伸段效应。本文采用数值分析方法研究了压缩机转子外伸段长度、莫顿效应以及联轴器质量对转子动力学特性的影响,并与试验结果进行了对比分析;同时提出了降低转子外伸段效应的措施,并进行了试验验证。研究表明考虑联轴器和增加转子外伸段长度会降低转子临界转速,增加转子振动水平。通过提高进口侧轴承间隙,可以有效地抑制莫顿效应,从而降低了外伸端侧转子振动。

Due to the structure restrictions of the inlet chamber, the compressor rotor features a long over-hung part on the inlet side. This outward extension, along with the considerable added mass of the elastic coupling, is prone to causing the Morton effect, or the rotor outward extension effect. In the current investigation, the effects of the compressor rotor extension length, the Morton effect, the mass of the coupling on the rotor's dynamic properties are explored using a numerical analysis method, and the findings are contrasted with those obtained from experimentation. Simultaneously, techniques for reducing the rotor over-hung effect are proposed and practically demonstrated. Results show that taking the coupling into account and increasing the length of the rotor over-hung will reduce the rotation of the critical speed and increase the rotor vibration level. By raising the top clearance of the inlet side bearing, the Morton effect can be effectively suppressed, which reduces the vibration amplitude of the rotor in the extended portion
