针对膜片联轴器工作时受转矩、离心力等多种载荷耦合影响问题,建立了复合载荷下非线性膜片联轴器整体仿真模型,分析了复合载荷作用下膜片联轴器的变形和应力特征,获得了膜片间摩擦系数以及膜片与垫片间摩擦系数对膜片应力特征的影响规律。结果表明:复合载荷作用下外侧膜片最易发生破坏;增大膜片与垫片间摩擦系数可降低综合不对中情况下外侧膜片最大等效应力,膜片间摩擦系数对膜片最大等效应力影响较小。

Aiming at the problem that the diaphragm coupling is affected by various load couplings such as torque and centrifugal force during operation, an overall simulation model of the nonlinear diaphragm coupling is established, and the deformation and stress characteristics of the diaphragm coupling under the compound load are analyzed. The influence of the bolt preload, the friction coefficient between the diaphragm, and the friction coefficient between the diaphragm and the gasket on the stress characteristics of the diaphragm is obtained. The results show that the outer diaphragm is most likely to be damaged under the action of compound load. It is necessary to comprehensively consider the misalignment and torque to select the appropriate bolt preload. Increasing the friction coefficient between the diaphragm and the gasket can reduce the angular and comprehensive misalignment. In this case, the maximum equivalent stress of the outer diaphragm and the friction coefficient between the diaphragms have little effect on the maximum equivalent stress of the diaphragm.
