现代燃气轮机燃烧室多采用多喷嘴贫预混燃烧技术来降低排放。几何模化试验在降低多喷嘴燃烧室设计阶段成本的同时,可以对流场和火焰进行精细化测量。如何选择合适的模化方法使得几何模化后的燃烧室保持和原燃烧室相似的试验结果是亟待解决的关键性问题。本文研究了基准型和0.71缩比的多喷嘴燃烧室在等达姆科勒数DaI、等速度和等雷诺数准则(EDa、EV和ERe)下的非反应流场和火焰结构。试验和数值计算结果表明:在反应态和非反应态流场的模化方面,ERe准则的相似度最高;并且ERe对外侧喷嘴回流区的模化结果和中心喷嘴回流区和内外射流干涉区相比,相似度更高。随着流场向下游发展,非反应态模化结果与基准型更加相似。但反应态则正相反,上游的流场相似度更高。在火焰结构模化方面,EDa准则对内外射流干涉区的火焰长度的模化最准确。而EV准则对火焰热释放率核心位置的模化最准确。

Modern gas turbine combustor adopts multi-nozzle lean premixed combustion technology to reduce emission. The geometric modeling test can reduce the cost in the design stage of the multi-nozzle combustor, and at the same time, the flow field and flame can be measured in fine details. How to choose the appropriate modeling method to keep the test results of the geometric modeled combustor similar to the original one is a key problem. In this paper, the non-reactive flow field and flame structures of two multi-nozzle combustors, which are a baseline and a scale model with scaling factor of 0.71 are studied. Equal DaI, velocity and Re criteria (EDa, EV and ERe) are applied on the scale model. The experimental and numerical results show that the similarity level of ERe criterion in the modeling of both the non-reactive and reactive flow field is the best; The modeling result of ERe criterion for the outer nozzle recirculation zone is more similar than the results of the intermediate nozzle recirculation zone and interference zone. As the flow field develops downstream, the modeling results of non-reactive state are more similar to the baseline, while the conclusion is opposite for reactive state. In terms of flame structure modeling, the EDa criterion is the most similar to model the flame length at interference zone. The EV criterion is the most similar to model the core position of flame heat release rate.
