汽轮机运行过程中,因汽缸本体结构热力行为造成汽缸中分面(以下简称中分面)接触应力发生重分布,从而容易产生泄漏通道,显著影响机组的经济性和安全性。因此本文针对中分面可能产生的泄漏通道,提出了一种基于 算法和泛洪填充法的泄漏通道辨识方法。该方法使用算法划分了中分面的边界,使用泛洪填充法划分了中分面的未接触区域,通过检测每个未接触区域是否连通多个不同边界,以识别中分面的泄漏通道。结果表明,根据中分面各点的空间位置和接触应力,该方法可以有效地辨识泄漏通道。这有助于更好地了解汽轮机密封状态,从而在设计阶段完善汽轮机密封设计。

During steam turbine operation, the thermal change of the cylinder structure causes the redistribution of the contact stress of the cylinder middle face (hereinafter referred to as the middle face), which in turn generates leakage channels, significantly affecting the energy efficiency and safety of the turbine. In this work, a leakage channel identification method is established based on the algorithm and the flood-filling. The boundaries of the middle face are segmented by algorithm, and the uncontacted regions of the middle face are divided by flood-filling method. Leakage pathways are identified by detecting whether each uncontacted region is connected to more than one boundary. The result shows that the method can effectively identify leakage channels based on the position and contact stress at each node of the middle face. It provides a clear image of the sealing state of the turbine and thus improves the sealing design of the turbine at the design stage.
