为考察导叶径向长度对混流泵水力性能的影响,对某混流泵模型泵导叶叶片沿径向进行一定程度切削,设计出导叶径向长度不同的两种模型泵。基于NUMECA软件平台, 针对改型的两种模型泵以及导叶径向长度未被切削的原型泵,在不同工况下对其内部流动进行数值模拟, 通过分析泵内部流场和静压分布,揭示了导叶径向长度对该型混流泵过流部件内部流动及外特性的影响。研究表明:采用90%径向长度导叶可以有效提升导叶与蜗壳的匹配性;90%径向长度导叶模型在设计工况及大流量工况下,导叶内的流动损失大大减小,高效工作区间明显拓宽,扬程及效率均为相对最优,显著提高设计流量与大流量工况下的运行效率。

In order to investigate the effect of guide vane radial length on hydraulic performance of a mixed flow pump, the guide vane blades of a mixed flow pump were cut to a certain extent along the radial direction, and two model pumps with different guide vane radial lengths were designed. Based on NUMECA software platform, the internal flow of two modified model pumps and the original model pump with full radial length of guide vane were numerically simulated under different working conditions. By analyzing the internal flow field and static pressure distribution of the pump, the influence of guide vane radial length on the internal flow and external characteristics of the flow parts of the mixed flow pump was revealed. The results show that using 90% radial length guide vane can effectively improve the matching between guide vane and volute. In the 90% radial length guide vane model, the flow loss in the guide vane is greatly reduced, the efficient working range is obviously widened, and the head and efficiency are relatively optimal, which significantly improves the operating efficiency under the design flow and large flow conditions.
