采用Fluent软件对某贫燃预混燃烧室燃料与空气的掺混特性进行了数值模拟,分析了燃料喷口方向、喷口尺寸、旋流数对预混特性的影响。模拟结果表明,燃料射入方向对燃烧室流场有重要影响,逆向射流更有利于产生稳定的中心回流区,并且当角度到达150°掺混均匀性最佳为0.9872。随着喷口尺寸的增大,回流区面积先增大后减小,掺混均匀性逐渐降低,小尺寸喷嘴与中尺寸喷嘴的均匀性差距不大,但中尺寸喷嘴有更大的回流区,燃烧更加稳定。当旋流器旋流数在0.55~0.97区间,火焰筒头部均能产生较为稳定的回流区,随着旋流数的增大,掺混均匀性逐渐提高,由0.9795增加至0.9944,同时回流区面积逐渐减小,并且有向前移动的趋势。当不同转角的喷嘴与旋流器组合时,180°喷嘴与0.97旋流数的旋流器组合效果较好,掺混均匀性为0.991。

The fuel-air premixing characteristics in lean premix combustion chamber were Numerical calculated using Fluent.The study analysed the effects of the fuel nozzle direction, nozzle size, and swirl number on premixing characteristics.The simulation results show that the direction of fuel injection has an important influence on the combustor flow field, reverse jets are more conducive to producing a symmetric center recirculation zone, and when the angle reaches 150°, the mixing uniformity achieves its highest value at 0.9872.As the nozzle size increases, the area of recirculation zone increases and then decreases, the mixing uniformity decreases, and the uniformity difference between the small-size nozzle and the medium-size nozzle is not significant, but the medium-size nozzle has a bigger recirculation zone and more stable combustion. When the swirl number is in the range of 0.55~0.97, the head of the flame tube can produce stable recirculation zone, with the increase of the swirl number, the mixing uniformity is gradually improved from 0.9795 to 0.9944, while the area of recirculation zone is gradually reduced, and there is a tendency to move forward. When the nozzles with different rotational angles are combined with the swirler, the combination of 180° nozzle and 0.97 swirl number of swirler is more effective, and the mixing uniformity is 0.991.
