在转静盘腔实际工作中,盘面的粗糙度对气体预旋比、流量系数、压力系数、转矩系数和轴向力系数的影响很大。为了得到低转速预旋盘腔中不同盘面粗糙产生的影响,本文采用ANSYS CFX 19.2进行数值模拟并通过实验验证其准确性。在几何模型固定情况下通过改变出流支路数、转盘转速(1 000~3 000 r/min)和粗糙度程度(0~50 μm),研究转盘、静盘和转静盘粗糙工况下的盘腔主要无量纲准则数。结果表明:多支路出流会一定程度提高预旋盘腔内的流动效果,并且转盘和静盘粗糙产生的边界层不同会导致对相关系数的影响不一样。当转静盘均粗糙时,在对气体预旋比和转矩系数的影响中,转盘粗糙占主导作用;而对压力系数和轴向力系数的影响中,静盘粗糙占主导作用。

In the actual work of the rotorstator cavity,the influence of the roughness of the disk surface on the gas core swirl ratio,flow rate coefficient,pressure coefficient,torque coefficient and axial thrust coefficient is great. In order to obtain the influence of different disk surface roughness in the lowspeed preswirl rotorstator cavity,ANSYS CFX 19.2 is used for numerical simulation and its accuracy is verified by experiments in this paper. Under the fixed geometric model,by changing the number of outflow branches,the rotating speed (1 000 r/min to 3 000 r/min) and the degree of roughness (0 to 50 μm),the main dimensionless criterion numbers of the disk cavity under the rough conditions of the rotor,the stator and the both are studied.The results show that the multibranch outflow will definitely improve the flow effect in the preswirl rotorstator cavity,and the difference in the boundary layer caused by the roughness of the rotor and the stator leads to different effects on related coefficients. When both the rotor and the stator are rough,the rotor roughness dominates the influence on the gas core swirl ratio and torque coefficient;among the influences on the pressure coefficient and axial thrust coefficient,the stator roughness is dominant.
