以两级轴流压气机为研究对象,采用试验及数值的方法,对进口可转导叶无角度变化和变角度下的压气机特性进行了对比研究。该压气机取自某大功率压气机前两级,为跨音速级,通过模化设计而来,缩放比为0.45。 试验与数值结果吻合较好,数值计算获得的压气机效率略高于试验结果。采用激光多普勒测速系统(Laser Doppler Velocimetery,LDV)对两级压气机第1级动叶进、出口的绝对气流角和绝对气流速度进行测量,计算结果与测量结果符合较好,验证了数值方法。通过数值模拟对两级压气机和母型压气机的压气机特性及流场进行了对比分析。两者压气机特性具有很大程度的相似性,流场具有基本相同的分布规律。模化后的压气机效率下降了1.23%。

A comparative study was conducted on the characteristics of a two-stage axial flow compressor under fixed and variable inlet guide vane conditions using experimental and numerical methods. The compressor is transonic. It was designed through modeling from the first two stages of a high power compressor with a scaling ratio of 0.45. The results obtained from the numerical simulation and the experiment are basically consistent with each other. Obviously, the calculated compressor efficiency is slightly higher than the experimental results. The absolute flow angle and velocity distributions in the spanwise at the inlet and the outlet of the two-stage compressor first rotor blade were also measured using a LDV system. The calculated results are in good agreement with the measured results, verifying the numerical method. A comparative analysis was conducted through the numerical simulation prediction on the compressor characteristics and the flow field between the two-stage compressor and the prototype compressor. The characteristics of the two-stage compressors have a great similarity. The flow field of the two-stage compressor has the same distribution pattern as the prototype compressor. The efficiency of the two-stage compressor decreases by 1.23%.
