使用 OH-PLIF 技术对三头部燃烧室火焰中的 OH 基分布进行测量,获得了不同工况下燃烧室反应区的瞬态火焰结构信息。分析了 OH 基及 CH 自发光荧光强度在不同油气比下的变化趋势。结果表明:航空煤油火焰中间产物 OH 基二维分布结构基本呈现出对称分布,但局部存在不均匀现象,随着油气比的增大,OH 基组分强度值及 CH 自发光荧光强度值明显增大。由于火焰出现联结,XY 截面火焰结构呈“M”型,侧方火焰结构呈“碗”型,XY 截面火焰锋面呈“月牙”形状。随着油气比增加,火焰长度越来越长,而“碗”型火焰宽度 L2变化不大。火焰锋面长宽度均值随油气比增大变化不大,而因为自发光随温度变化较大导致 XZ 截面火焰锋面形状变化较大。

The OH base distribution in the flame of the three-head combustion chamber was measured using OH-PLIF technology to obtain the transient flame structure information of the combustion chamber under different working conditions. The trends of OH base and CH self-emitting fluorescence intensity under different gas ratios were analyzed. The results show that the two-dimensional distribution structure of aeronautical kerosene flame intermediate is basically symmetrical, but there is local uneven phenomenon. With the increase of oil and gas ratio, the intensity value of OH base component and CH self-luminous fluorescence intensity increase significantly. Due to the flame connection, the flame structure of XY section is "M" type, the side flame structure is "bowl" type, and the flame front of XY section is "crescent" shape. As the oil and gas ratio increases, the flame length becomes longer and longer, while the "bowl" flame width L2 does not change much. The mean length and width of the flame front does not change greatly with the increase of oil and gas ratio, while the flame front shape of XZ section changes greatly because of the large change of self-illumination with temperature.
