目前超(超)临界火电机组深度调峰已成常态,针对大容量机组控制策略不完善及参与深度调峰运行过程中存在的水动力安全等方面问题,设计了基于主参数约束的自适应变负荷速率控制、低负荷煤水控制等优化策略。在优化策略部署后,按照行业规程开展了30%~50%额定负荷区间的负荷变动试验,在低负荷运行期间,机组自动控制连续投入,各项过程参数指标良好。测试结果反映相关控制方案能够有效提升机组灵活性调节品质,对其它机组深度参与灵活调峰具有一定的参考意义。

At present, it’s normal for ultra-supercritical units to participate in the deep peak regulation. In view of the imperfect control strategy of large capacity units and the hydrodynamic safety problems in the process of deep peak regulation, the optimization of load change rate and low load coal water control is designed. After the deployment of the optimization strategy, according to the industry regulations, the load change of the 30 % ~ 50 % rated load range was tested, and the dynamic test of the optimized unit was carried out. The automatic control was continuously put into operation, and the process parameters were good. The test results reflect that the relevant control scheme can effectively improve the flexibility adjustment quality of the unit, which has certain reference significance for other units to participate in flexible peak shaving.
