为抑制垂直轴风力机叶片流动分离,提升气动性能,提出一种加装在垂直轴风力机叶片内侧的辅助小翼装置。基于正交试验方法分析辅助小翼安装角度、翼型前缘点到辅翼前缘点水平及垂直距离三个参数对整机气动性能的影响,结果表明:辅助小翼可有效抑制叶片流动分离,增大翼面压差,减少大范围涡聚集,延缓动态失速发生。此外,当尖速比为2.33,辅助小翼水平布置距离为0.7c、垂直布置位置为0.4c、安装角度为0°时,垂直轴风力机获得最大风能利用率,较原始提升了50.97%。

In order to suppress the flow separation of vertical axis wind turbine blades and improve the aerodynamic performance, an auxiliary winglet device installed on the inner side of vertical axis wind turbine blades is proposed. Based on the orthogonal test method, the influence of the installation angle of the auxiliary winglet, the horizontal and vertical distance from the leading edge point of the airfoil to the leading edge point of the auxiliary winglet on the aerodynamic performance of the whole machine is analyzed. The results show that the auxiliary winglet can effectively suppress the flow separation of the blade, increase the pressure difference of the wing surface, reduce the large-scale vortex aggregation, and delay the occurrence of dynamic stall. In addition, when the tip speed ratio is 2.33, the horizontal arrangement distance of the auxiliary winglet is 0.7c, the vertical arrangement position is 0.4c, and the installation angle is 0°, the vertical axis wind turbine obtains the maximum wind energy utilization rate, which is 50.97 % higher than the original.
