以中心分级单头部模型燃烧室为研究对象,对其燃烧性能开展试验和数值仿真研究。试验利用TDLAS系统和烟气分析仪获取了燃烧室空间温度及出口污染物浓度,并与数值计算结果进行对比验证。利用验证过的数值计算方法,研究了相同当量比条件下不同燃料分级比对燃烧室燃烧性能的影响规律,研究结果表明:不同燃料分级比对燃烧室总压损失影响很小。燃烧室出口温度分布系数OTDF随着预燃级燃料占比的增加而降低,随着主燃级燃料占比的增加而增加。不同燃料分级比下出口NOx浓度相差较大,最低为47ppm;但出口CO浓度差异较小,最低为8ppm。随着燃烧区域温度的升高,空间NOx浓度迅速增加。

The combustion performance of central staged combustor was studied by experiment and numerical simulation. TDLAS system and flue gas analyzer were used to obtain the combustor space temperature and outlet pollutant concentration, and the results were compared with the numerical results. By using the verified numerical calculation method, the influence of different fuel classification ratios on combustion performance of combustor under the same equivalence ratio were studied. The results show that different fuel classification ratios have little effect on the total pressure loss of the combustor. OTDF decreases with the increase of the proportion of pre-combustion fuel, and increases with the increase of the proportion of main-combustion fuel. The outlet NOx concentration differs greatly under different fuel classification ratios, and the lowest is 47ppm.And there was little difference in outlet CO concentration ,with a minimum of 8ppm. As the temperature in the combustion zone increases, the spatial NOx concentration increases rapidly.
