本文以某燃气涡轮起动机的离心压气机为研究对象,采用试验及数值模拟的方法研究了由于加工导致的圆钝型叶片前缘(圆弧过度的钝头前缘)形状对燃气涡轮起动机整机及部件性能的影响。试验结果表明:圆钝型前缘的离心压气机使起动机整机的正常起动时间变长11.6%,失效起动输出轴脱开转速降低10.7%,最大输出功率减小16.8%,起动机性能显著下降。进一步采用数值手段研究了两种圆钝型前缘对离心压气机部件性能的影响,数值结果表明:圆钝型叶片前缘导致压气机堵塞流量下降,最高压比下降,峰值效率下降,主要归因于压气机叶片附面层损失及尾缘流动损失增大。总之,离心压气机圆钝型前缘形状通过影响压气机部件性能改变了燃气涡轮起动机整机匹配点,影响了整机性能。

A small centrifugal compressor used on a gas turbine starter were studied by experimental methods and numerical simulation to determine the influence of circular blunt leading edge(blunt leading edge with arc transition) due to processing on the overall performance and component performance. The results of experimental study indicates that: centrifugal compressor with circular blunt leading edge increases the starter of the normal starting time by11.6%,reduces output shaft disengagement speed of lose efficacy starting by 10.7%, reduces maximum output power by 16.8%,the performance of starter is degraded significantly. Further analysis was conducted using numerical methods to ingvestigate the effects of two types of circular blunt leading edge on the performance of compressor components. The results of numerical simulation indicates that: circular blunt leading edge reduces the blocking flow,the maximum pressure ratio and the maximum efficiency.The main reason is the inceare in boundary layer loss and flow loss at the trailing edge of the compressor blade.In summary, the compressor with circular blunt leading edge blade changes the matching point of the entire gas turbine starter by affecting the performance of the compressor component, then affects the overall performance.
