冷却塔是电厂重要的冷端设备,其冷却性能直接影响电厂的循环效率。侧风是冷却塔工作过程中十分常见的一种自然环境条件,其存在可能会破坏冷却塔的通风情况,影响塔内空气动力场分布的均匀性,造成冷却塔工作性能恶化,而对冷却塔内填料采用合理的非均匀布置有助于改善塔内空气动力场,优化冷却塔的工作效果。以某电厂自然通风逆流湿式冷却塔为研究对象,采用数值模拟的研究方法,对侧风条件下填料非均匀布置对冷却塔性能的影响以及最佳布置方式下不同侧风风速对冷却塔性能的影响进行了研究。模拟结果显示,填料区采用非均匀布置可以有效改善侧风条件下塔内通风情况,并降低出水温度。填料区采用分区半径为36.77 m的等间距非等高布置和非等间距非等高布置时,计算出水温度较填料均匀布置时分别降低0.5 K和0.7 K。在该分区半径下,随着风速的增大,冷却塔出水温度呈现先增后减的变化趋势。

Cooling tower is an important cold end equipment in power plant, of which its cooling performance directly affects the cyclic efficiency. Crosswind is a very common environmental condition in the working process of the cooling tower. It may harm the ventilation of the cooling tower, affect the uniformity of the aerodynamic field in the tower, resulting to the deterioration of the working performance of the cooling tower. Reasonable non-uniform arrangement of the fillers in the cooling tower is helpful to give full play to the cooling performance of the fillers to optimize the working effect of the cooling tower. A natural ventilation countercurrent wet cooling tower of a power plant is taken as the research object, and the influence of non-uniform arrangement on the performance of the cooling tower under crosswind conditions and the influence of different crosswind speed on the performance of the cooling tower under the optimal arrangement is studied by numerical simulation. The simulation results show that the non-uniform arrangement of the packing area can effectively improve the ventilation in the tower under crosswind conditions and reduce the outlet temperature. Under the premise of a zone radius of 36.77 m, the packing area is arranged with equal spacing and unequal height, and with unequal spacing and unequal height, respectively. The calculations show that the outlet temperature is reduced by 0.5 K and 0.7 K, respectively, compared to when the packing is uniformly arranged. At this zone radius, as the crosswind speed increases, the cooling tower"s outlet water temperature shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.
