功率振荡严重影响电力系统的安全稳定,现阶段火电机组尚缺乏有效的功率振荡就地防控手段,无法及时发现并干预功率振荡。为此设计了基于SVD-Prony的功率振荡特征提取算法、功率振荡预警机制,并基于振荡能量法研究了火电机组功率振荡的定位方法,最终研制了源侧功率振荡在线预警定位系统。应用表明该系统能够有效实现功率振荡监测预警和分析,有利于火电机组功率振荡的就地防控。

Power oscillations severely affect the security and stability of the power system. At the current stage, thermal power units still lack effective local prevention and control methods for power oscillations. Then the localized detection and intervention of power oscillation are unsatisfactory. To improve the method for localized prevention and control of power oscillation, a feature extraction algorithm and alarm mechanism based on SVD-Prony have been designed. Furthermore, the source location method of power oscillation based on oscillation energy theory was purposed. Finally, an online power oscillation monitoring and location system for thermal power unit has been developed. The application case indicated that the system could realize the functions of monitoring, pre-warn and source location of power oscillation, which is beneficial for the local prevention and control of power oscillation of thermal power unit.
