本文设计了一种适用于燃气轮机高温、高pv值的可倾瓦滑动止推轴承,建立了热流体动压润滑计算模型,并搭建了全尺寸性能测试试验台,开展了止推滑动轴承稳态特性的理论与试验研究。研究结果表明:可倾瓦块的中间区域是油膜压力的高压分布区,而出油边是高温区,油膜压力的试验值和仿真值基本接近,验证了理论模型的正确性和试验测试的准确性。并通过实机考核,证明了所设计轴承在实际船用燃气轮机中运行的可靠性。

This paper presents the design of a tilting pad thrust bearing suitable for high-temperature and high-pv values in marine gas turbines. A thermal fluid hydrodynamic lubrication calculation model is established, and a full-scale performance testing platform is built to carry out theoretical and experimental research on the steady-state characteristics of tilting pad thrust bearings. The research results show that the middle area of the tilting tile is the high-pressure distribution area of film pressure, and the oil edge is the high-temperature area. The test value of oil film pressure is close to the simulation value, which verifies the correctness of the theoretical model and the accuracy of the test. The reliability of the designed bearing in the actual gas turbine is proved through the real engine test.
